Kim Fenton completed her PhD in medicine before embarking on a career in the pharmaceutical industry where she worked in sales, regional management and marketing management. She also has extensive professional experience in retail sales, hospitality management, and corporate training. Kim is an experienced trainer and fully qualified executive and workplace coach. She works with executives and teams from a range of industries including finance, television media, IT, healthcare, advertising and telecommunication. Kim is most passionate about the development of successful and happy teams and works with executives at all levels to support their professional and personal success
Penny Ombler
With over 15 years experience in Learning and Development, Penny has expertise in all facets of training including needs analysis, program design, psychological inventories and advanced facilitation. Prior to Successful Minds, Penny’s experience includes a background in training management, sales management, specialist sales, research, and nursing. Penny is DiSC accredited and a qualified Life Coach specialising in executive coaching. Her clients are from industries such as banking, IT, finance, healthcare, insurance, nutrition, fitness and hospitality, to name a few. Penny thrives on the opportunity to help people reach their potential through inspiring training programs and individual coaching. She believes everyone should have the opportunity to experience personal and professional growth that leads to a satisfying and prosperous life.
